Lesbian week with italian princes and lots of Sambucca

Prince of poker, how does that sound?

Well..it all goes back a week in time when i realizes that among poker people in Malta am considered to be Lesbian, i don't really mind that,  no no not at all, am quite open minded but to get our facts right from start, am not Lesbian :) yet anyway. Am still battling for the team of the weird species called men.

Ever so often to the little rock called Malta they come, full of hope, new poker moves and huge craving for coffee. Yes.  THE ITALIANS.

They often come many at the time, this time it really felt like many, but perhaps because all Scandinavians on the island gone home to Santa land to pet Rudolf and make snow angles... loooovveee snowangles :( However, this time it was DIFFERENT. It felt like they where different Italians, or maybe my lesbian week made me more open minded, probably. Or perhaps they all where so happy escaping xmas shopping with the wife's so they all where in extra good mode, cos they where nice, sweet, smiling, funny, still completely impossible to communicate with as i can no Italian and very few of them English but somehow it works, Maybe i can ask for a video from Casino Portomaso when i try to explain to a very flirty man that no i cant go with him to his hotel room cos i haven't shaved my legs, am quite sure that one would be an award wining peace on youtube. He took it fairly well, so am quite sure he didn't understood. no big deal. He smelled very nice. Am an after shave junkie, think i need to smell him some more, i couldn't place it :), anyway,  Thanks for the drinks.

Ok so to the tour:
500+50 euro, 20 000 Start stack, 40 min blinds day 1, 60 hr blinds day 2 and 3.
100.000 euro guarantee. (by www.princebet.com)

Tour is held at Portomaso casino and been very well organized, big up for the crew behind it. Very profession. Raffaele Maria De Nicola is TD and doing a great job, as always, we really miss him on the island. Also thanks to Josef Borg who kindly let me bring a friend to the buffet, complimentary of the house, much appreciated.

There are so many hands and situations so i could seriously write forever but it will not really anyway give it the right feeling, one gotta be there cos playing with Italians are a bit like playing online just that you actually see the ppl screaming and have to duck for the chairs coming. Love it! Poker should be done with passion! They seem good at that.. the Italians , PASSION! ( note to one self, shave legs)  And they dont feel bad and start excusing when they suck out they just rub it in and ship the pot and clap the table to say well done to them self's, i LOVE THAT TOO :) its so refreshing, all these nice players saying soo soo sorry for that, well they lie, they not sorry. Italians way is the way forward.

Toss it in, hope for the best, and fuck the rest. On your bikes ppl!

Just one question: whaz up with the ski pants?
Many of them have like skipants with hangbump... is this like new fashion? Italy is know to be land of fashion, well, am not much into fashion and honestley guys the skipants thinghey, total turn off. No amore ther nop no nada zipp zero. A man, a real man, should wear jeans, prefarable wrangler :) and smell good.

14.00 its time to battle it out again, we are 10 left and am sure it be good fun, and i can honestley say of all tours i played this been the most entertaining one, if it has to do with my Lesbian week or not i dont know, but it has been a pleasure getting to know some new faces and i really really hope you all come back again and again, in jeans.

No room for nightley activities at all... i woke up 11:15 and no time to take Tess out for a proper walk,  its a dog not a child for you who now are starting to dial social service on me, and i wasnt back home until after 10 hrs, yes i know, but she is ok, she cuddled down under the duvet and snores. And i got her 3 burgers from burger king :) as a bribe, see thast A MOTHER of the year thingey hep heeeeeeep! girl at Burger king looked at me weird when i say i get 3 of whatever you got ready, she started to explain what that was, and what was on the burgers ehhh.. i said hold it right there, no need just give it to me, am not eating it its for my dog. A short moment it looked like she would refuse to give me the burgers, like the pizzaman in sweden, remeber that one, blog post? July 2007 , Festival in town and battle with mr pizza man. My god THAT was a odd pizza man.

Tess forgave me and eat it all! All that matters.

Toss em in and hope for the best!
Lots of love to ya all!

The Cougar Era

An Era refers to a long period of history. So its written, Wikipedia knows it all.

So I guess it’s just to face it, am now past quite few Era’s in my life I kind of missed to peak in any of my era’s so THIS is the one!!Or?

The childhood one was busy screaming for attention with older siblings, yea you know youngest * rolling my eyes* really hard job especially if your stubborn. Next up: the teenager Era, well there i fought the fight of the underdogs being chairman in my school and sitting in community boards representing the Younger voice!

After that,  college Era where I was very busy trying to be the best and also sitting in boards in different groups making myself feel super important I also did a lot of hard work keeping horses and riding so leisure time was slim, very slim. However I did arrange a lot of parties in these boards, glory were the 80’ies and the funny hairs and cloths. Glory glory glory!

University Era was indeed sweet, I lived in a house that had 22 rooms, it was 21 men, me and my dog. It was a good era. Every Thursday we had university pub and I can without lying say I don’t remember a single Friday for 2 years. I can also very shameful say most of our exams where on Fridays, how that puzzle actually manage to go well in end is still a riddle so hard to understand so it would take an Era just to get the strategy planning done, so I left that.

After this it was carrier and working Era, something I enjoyed and suddenly a day I realized i was married, yes it was just like that actually so without knowing it I was now in the married Era, and yes ofc, Baby wanting Era, been there done that, temperature, eggs, cycles and lot of practicing.. However I guess my soul and mind where awaiting another Era, my PRIME time Era.

Because no babies, just another dog. Beloved darling Tess.

After this am a bit uncertain what to call it, divorce Era sound a bit harsh don’t ya think? So let’s say testing my wings Era? Leaving a government job and starting to work with poker, Yea sound insane I know, but I blame all my prior Era’s for this drastically change and it was time to fly high, and what a ride! Oh yea baby, hotels, casinos, crazy sidebets, more hotels more casinos and learning to see good in dark, as one don’t sleep at night working with this. Perhaps it should be called my vampire Era. Properly more correct.

So now am ready for next Era. Bring it, ship it, toss it all in and hope for the best!
I guess it cannot be called anything less than the – Cougar Era

Wikipedia’s explanation gives me hope:
-Cougar - The term is commonly applied to women who are forty or older and pursue younger men-

So now good ppl you all know what Era I am in rest of my life, cos it ends here right? The Era shit.

NO one gets a set heads up!

Rise and shine! Sunday bloody Sunday… well no in fact I was in bed sleeping 02 so am feeling energized and rested!

The heads up tournament started out well, won my first match and then had to wait 1.5 hrs for my next one and see here I think my opponent already started to rig the whole thing. During the waiting time everything was already written in stone. Betsafe lounge, yes you heard me, full of booze games and nice people and sweet Saraha. BTW who was that sexy tall finish (?) guy? Come on is there even hunk’s in Finland ?, se on learn something new each day, hallelujah!

Soooo after a few waters  there it was time for my second game, and yea ofc Erik from Betsafe was on the other side of the table. Amazing value, how did he win his first game?

That’s was also my first question, he said he sucked out so fair enough, I already here decided to give him a few walks, to make him happy.

Well the day to honor I had my golden shirt on so what can possible go wrong, also Erik gave me some really good tip before we start. No ONE has a set in heads up. Thanks. I really must thank Betsson crew and the entire casino for being on MY side, and wuupti Betssons formidable VIP manager our very own sidebet master genius maniac, the crazy Norwegian brought us vintage beers on silver plate. The whole casino stopped and the main event was far back in peoples mind like a blurry cloud, on the agenda was only one thing.

Anna beating Erik.

Ok, well however as no one get a set in Heads up I thought I did very well. But a flush cannot beat a full house, not even in Italy. So when the naughty little ugly 3 of hearts hit the river, only hearts that couldn’t come, bhaaaa, not only did I get my flush but Erik his full house. So NH GG well done.

Erik won, Anna lost, MY GOD it hurts sooo bad to say that, but right is to be right!

Now time to get walking shoes on and take Tess out and also grab a coffe somewhere and later on Venezia Casino for Sunday tour and there amazing Buffet, no one can bust before dinner break its just as sure as no one get set Heads up, so ok NOW I jinxed this one too.. merde.. When will I ever learn?

Isn't he sweet, in his new golden lucky shirt?

GSOP Malta - Heads Up side Event!

Its been so many good live event in Malta last few months and hence winning the Malta madness tournament in September I got ofc the thrill back playing poker, I had a very long break before that one.

Right now we have the GSOP going on and I really must hand it to Ongame in close cooperation with some of the partners on Ongame, that they done a super good job. Its good organized and small little extra things that really makes difference. I beliave Betsson is the ones doing a really good job here so Thumps up to Heidi, Tellef and the rest, very well done!! And since everyone knows i complain just about anything... its a huge compliment :)!

Betsafes lounge upstairs where also a cool place for players to hang out and Saraha and the lads doing it really good entertaining their players.

The side events where not so good structure so I passed on them, and main event I didn’t plan to play, one can’t play every 1000 plus tour coming here, or I can’t, unless I sell% or do a deal so one have to pick among them. However GSOP are having a side event that are heads up tournament with max 64 participants, and as one can’t so often find these Heads up live tours I though it be a good practice as well as good fun, so am registered for that one starting 20.00 tonight and my seating is Table 1 Seat 1 and I take that as a good sign and jinx myself already YAY!!
GL to ME!

GSOP main event is still being played and my freind Erik Smith is on my nr one list to take this one down! He plays very steady and won a side event to the IPT few weeks back, so go get em! And besides i was there earlier giving him 'skruuuub' bananas so how can he NOT win???

Girls drunk poker evening!

So it was time, time for the more experienced girls to take seat in Colley casa.
And it turns out they were more experienced in more than one thing. For an example drinking more wine, I make it my pride to never be empty on such things but here I have to admit that I miscalculated because in fact all my wine storage besides a few bottles of well hidden expensive red wines are left. With this said, i am glad, because all storage needs cleaning once in a while and what can be better doing so an ordinary Wednesday with some chicks and poker : )!
Well if you have a better time, let me know.

And it can’t only be Sofia’s fault as she actually was there on both occasions, even though am pretty sure without her we all be drinking water, she is such a life saver our Sofia! Never seen anyone with such an eye for a glass being just below half full and wuuptu she is there, I don’t even have to pay her for these excellent waitress skills it’s built in her like super natural. Yay! We all love Sofia . Maybe little less day after but we truly love her right there, right then.

The poker?

Yea right, ok, hmm well.. we destroyed 2 deck of cards, made 70% of the chips wet with wine, ended up splitting the small added pot we all contributed too when 3 left because everyone where too drunk .. There where peanuts everywhere and the table poker cloth is now circulating around for the third time in my washing machine….yes poker at Colley Casa is always interesting!
BTW who gave my dog all that food so she had to go out early in the morning, there are rules girls, rules!!

However, neither the less we had 4 seats to Malta Poker Open sponsored from different sites, Mermaidpoker sponsored 2 seat, Powerpoker one and Betsafe the last one, so big thank you to these sites for thinking just as us… the rock is ours and no beauty’s with designer sunglasses can come and take it away from us! Basta. Even though I think if we let Sofia lose on the day of the Ladys event running around the tables with drinks for us, we are doomed. But doomed in a good way that is since what better way to go down is there then to the taste of alcohol and a buzz dizz in your brain and just say ok this is over – what’s next?

But.. am pretty convinced we going to defend the colors on our little rock very well, reading the villain’s blog am pretty convinced we have a rock winner well deserved to win! And we also decided we all play with tiara as I heard a rumor that’s the price anyway so we just make it easier for the boys at XL bet to crown us! Yay.. always wanted a tiara… *dreamish look in my eyes*

And for yours all amusement, some pictures below, however it was not many of them I can actually dare to make public since for some reason and I have really no clue who said this *rooling my eyes* we kind of got some insider information that the 3 gorgeous girls arriving to our little rock have good attributes and we did some training on how to make our own attributes (read boobs) could look little more impressive, yes this is what we did when we were 4 left, so you who left might know to next time, stick around to the bitter end, it be worth it!

But as they say it’s not the size that matters, not that much anyway. And in poker it’s the one with most chips I end who wins anyway : )

Girls poker training

Living in Malta and being quite active on the poker scene here i figure it’s time to defend the colors, and get some more chicks ready for the coming Ladys Event at Malta Poker Open. We can’t have any gorgeous models to fly in and just win it no no…. the rock is ours!

We have accepted the challenge so keep on the practice girls!

Said and done, a few days ago I had the first event in my home and we were 15 girls, 10 playing and 4 that acted as coaches helping out on decisions and yes ofc, filling up the wine glasses. We all have our skills and one of the coaches had her own tactic getting her protégé to win and I surly must agree that Sofia with no doubt are the best wineglass filer ever as so many chicks went home quite tipsy and the chit chat level during the evening was quite high! XLBet had sponsored with a first price, entry to Ladys event and other prices where sponsored by me and Sobar/No4 a bar restaurant where the welcome party for the Malta poker event will be held and also a place owned by 3 close Friends, two of them very well-known Danish poker players, ‘Kipster” and “Jesper P “

Am not saying it’s an easy task this, but be sure we are going to be ready J and sweet lord do we have fun!! But don’t be surprised if there be some strange calls as the hands value seems to be the hardest thing, the best comment of the night and a real epic one goes to all our sweet lovely Fran:
-But Sofia, why can't I make a straight with Q, K, A, 2, 3..? It is 5 cards and you said 5 cards make a straight...

And in all fairness… its not bad thinking it shows something indeed is going on! And it is, we are going to have a few more sessions and then let’s bring it on!

Coming Wednesday its time for next event, but this time it be 10 experienced female players from the island and we will be playing for 3 tickets to lady’s event ( so far), sponsored by Mermaidpoker and Powerpoker.

Below few pics… : )

Until next time, Toss em in and hope for the best!

Malta Madness day 2

We started of 27 players and I really did not have a very good stack and getting absolutely no cards, so a lot of folding and some re steals, that’s all. But in good mood feeling very patient and just taking things cool.

When being 16 left I picked up 1010 in a mid position, in an already raised pot, I called to see a flop and was lucky to hit a set against a guy that had a flush draw ( initial raiser folded saying after wards he had JJ, lucky me as a J hit on turn ) we ended all in and no flush so there I felt I got a break and actually was with an ok stack to do some more moves. Viktor Dedek that I had on my table from start day 1 and also after a while on day 2 as well really took the lead, he got some serious nice pots with half good hands and knocked ppl out one by one, well done : )

At final table I sat down with 3 th biggest stack and a few really low stacked, I suggested we made a deal that nr 9 will be paid as well, at least buy in back, I think in these bigger events FT should really all be paid. Everyone agreed so bubble got quite painless, I actually looooove playing bubble games so bhaaa… : )

Quote from www.maltamadness.com : Chip leader Luca, continued to play his aggressive style, but soon was increasingly crossing swords with Viktor and Anna who had been consistently building her stack through aggressive raises & re-raises.

Yes true, he was very aggressive but a very good player so know how to fold, I did several re raises against him and he respected them. Also took one big pot where I raised pre he re raised and I pushed, he thought long and folded, those pots matters a lot on this stage as it’s a lot of chips involved. We have not been seated on same table until FT so he had no idea how I play or me him for that matter, not more than i already know he have some massive respectful results in his back. In all fairness I had shity hands for two days and then on FT it all changed and I got much better hands and also connected flops. Then poker is so much easier : )

Really impressed by Luca’s play though and also a very humble and nice personality, with no doubt the best player on the Final table but was very unlucky against me with his AA where I hit another K on flop holding KK, but its poker, ce’ la vie, and no one of us could do anything, played itself but yes that was a K that cost him 10 k Euros for sure. We were down to 3 players and blinds are 22 000, I sit with perhaps 300k so definitely nothing to even put a second thought to. Been a lot of fuzz about that hand as well as my winning hand against Dedek, people saying I was very lucky, yea I WAS in 2 hands, but they forget I played 20 hrs of poker to get to those hands, that both happened in the very last hr of the tournament.

And very big thanks to my Emma who so loyal was with me all final table play handing over very strong rum and coke drinks, bless ya babe, without you I probably busted earlier and thirsty as well so must say it was a win win situation! We headed out for some breakfast with 20k in my handbag, that was a bit stupid bit on the other hand the trophy I got I could actually have killed someone with as it was shaped I a funny way and extremely sharp, so not that worried after all. Taxi driver looked a bit big eyed when I pulled out the envelope with 20 000 euro in order to pay the ride, and I was quite drunk so bless him for avoiding getting stabbed by my trophy!

Quote from www.maltamadness.com : Her style of play drew many comparisons with Annette Obrestad, so we may have discovered the next Scandinavian female poker superstar. Congratulations to Anna.

Ha ha but LOL! Am not in any senses close to play as good poker as Annette but yea thx! Am blushing!

Malta Madness Day 1

A week ago i got a nice text. Well it does happen i get that sometimes, but this one was just a little nicer.

A friend of mine, CEO of www.Powerpoker.com Erik Smith asked me if i wanted to play in his place at maltamadness event as he had to travel to New York New York, and yes he said that twice. I didn’t do a spelling mistake, even though I do them on regular base.

I haven’t played a bigger tournament for quite some time, have actually not been playing much poker at all last year as I lost the fun feeling for it and also taking too much time of my life so quite surprised he asked me, but why bother thinking so much of that, so i said -sir, yes sir, let’s do it!

Maltamadness event is played at Casino Venezia here in Malta and if you know me, you know I really dislike this casino, for so many reasons, so I was quite curious to see how they run an international event. To my biggest surprise, they didn’t use their big nice poker room holding close to 30 tables in a really nice newly decorated room. Well done on that new room. They kept it in the smaller poker room, and what a huge mistake this was, however no shadow to be fallen on Venezia for this it was Pokeridol, the company behind the event that wanted it this way, and why? Yes, here is where I really starting to get confused.

Reason was, I did ask, of course = ) anyone surprised over that?
No didn't think so. They are live streaming the event and have big cameras and big lamps and it would be so much better for them to not be in the proper poker room. Again as seen so often before, companies think more about their own short time benefit then the long time benefits of having happy players that go home and speak great about the event or maybe they just trust in the faith that after a while people only remember the good stuff and forget about the bad, well, I never be one of those. But you know that by now.

Firstly it was incredible warm due to the lamps and too many people l in the room to be comfortable sitting playing poker for 10 hours, people where sweating, cards full of fingerprints, and completely 100% impossible to get out from the table unless it was a break, since it was really squeezed in to fit everyone. The lamps for the cameras where in people’s eyes and I for one sat for 8 hours having to cover my eyes in order to see the board because of these big lamps, I say 8 hours since some dealers where very kind and pushed the cards higher up in order for everyone to see. The lamps also reflected on the chips in the pot and one could not see and estimate how much was in pot or what players betted by looking at the chips values, now as it happens am an ok counter and remember what happen on the different betting rounds so not the biggest problem for me, but one get awful tired of stirring into a very bright Gestapo lamp for 10 hours and one stop following players hands and stick only to the one you are involved in, and that is a huge loss of information seated on a table.

But then again, working in the Igmaing environment as I have for quite some time now, I can UNDERSTAND these things if one get PR and marketing value out of it, I don’t think it’s EVER ok to sacrifice players experience at no point but I can understand it if it gives a good return of invested effort. So did it? Give a good return of invested effort I mean, well that we don’t know yet for sure, but I am blunt saying I don’t think so, for the organizers I hope am wrong.

So why do I say they don’t get this return?

Ah well, let’s start with a quote from pokeridols webpage that by the way now says 45 min blind level but been saying 1 hr blind levels since up and running, but information on the crazy wide wild webb is not so important and no one is perfect, right? And after all, that thing called marketing and getting something out of it is not so important either, just some humbug someone made up*.

Start quote: The Main Event is not just another tournament held inside a sparse card room. PokerIdol is going to transform the gaming floor into an evil themed arena, where the mood lighting and creative decor will make this an event to remember.
Dress to impress as the event will be fully televised, with the final table being streamed live over the internet with full commentary. Magazines from all over Europe will also be attending, allowing the most creative and striking figures the chance to really become a PokerIdol.
End quote

So as for starters the ‘evil themed arena’ I think they mean the green welcome drinks that no one bothered to drink, maybe because no one offered them to us, I don’t know, or maybe they were not for drinking? As a décor they looked good standing on the little table in the corner for 10 hrs. So let’s agree they were made for decoration in order to spare ourselves some bitching.

‘Mood lightening and creative décor’, yea the mood lightening was indeed achieved, but how strange a commercial company that survives on the base concept happy returning customers as a proof of well-done job, wants to create such mood as, warm, annoyed, tired sweating, half blind players to make their PR after the event. But then again, what do I know about marketing. Probably nothing.

Never get stuck in negativity, what good have that ever done for mankind so let’s move on: ‘Magazines from all over Europe’ , am not quite sure what this mean? Anyone? I did saw one press card but got no clue what magazine he worked for; in fact I actually think he didn’t. And even if there where press, they couldn’t access the tables as it was so thigh of space. Fraze: ‘All over Europe” yes yes i know, Italy is a huge country.

‘fully televised’ I do believe here they mean the live streaming, but as I understand and heard from a lot of sources, the streaming don’t work, its lagging all the time and focusing only on one table is ok fun for those knowing some of those players but not anything to gain for the general mass. And the live chat is a splendid idea but awful boring to read after the event, with no pictures to relate to. Live event blogs are being used many years after the event so there must be a hidden agenda here I can’t see? Tell me, tell me…

One shall not give feedback in case one have suggestions on how to change things, and it’s really not so hard, easiest thing hence being in Malta, would be to work with www.maltapokerevents.com as they are very good. But if not, one could for an example sort lots of the problem raised here automatically if the tour where played in the proper poker room where air-conditions worked great and more room for players to stretch their legs or go to bathroom and press to move around. Or did they really expect 30 tables of cash gamers in that room? Maybe.*

Sure cover one table with cameras, but why don’t walk around with the camera a bit and make a more interesting streaming, and streaming that works is obvious on the A list if having it, else why bother.

A tab on the webpage showing pictures and some reporting from the event, 100% more appreciated then a lagging live feed, no one can bother with that really. And why on earth is there no chip count, seating’s and payouts listed anywhere, should ALWAYS be done before you close for the night, crazy one can’t find that anywhere, to an international 1100 euro tour. If a tab on the webb is too much to handle, use your Facebook page for the event, you know, the big site that has millions of visitors? All those signed up for the group will get notification when you post and see it on their common wall, and most of them are interested in gaming…... This is free marketing boys, FREE as in good, great marvelous like like LOOOOOOOOOOVE Free!

Anyway folks, that was my recap of the evil themed fully live streamed arena where the mood lighting and creative decor will make this an event to remember. –Forever!

And about Casino Venezia itself: absolutely no shadow on you guys so far. I still am not convinced of the place and how its run, but I am honest and fair. The events tournament directors Christine Sammut made an excellent outstanding job hovering around my table for 10 hours, but guess I earned that special hawk eye treatment having opinions in the past, so no worries I won’t get a restraining order= )The dealers except one that where playing and throwing chips from the pot around as he was the king of chip tricks where outstandingly correct and very well trained, he was fairly cute so he got my friendly personality asking him to please not do so, he stopped , thanks, so end of story. The Buffet where one of the best I ever had, insanely good, and bar crew was fast and did a marvelous job considering there were no space at all for them to pass the tables, they were not so accurate with what they brought back all the time, but that’s a minor hiccup, as long as it’s a drink I don’t complain, however trying to charge me 45 euros for a red bull/vodka was a tiny bit overpriced IMO.

Today’s hero as so many times before, lovely adoring loyal committed Tess railing her man Gordon for hours and hours, I just say one thing Gordon: this one is a keeper or I kick your behind, not many chicks out there that would stand you, meaning you being a devoted poker player that is of course, nothing else. BTW Gordon, you owe me a drink, whiskey is fine, cheers. I scared the pants of some very nice Norwegian’s informing them you are Malta’s best player and difficult to play against when they asked who the only left Maltese guy was.

United we stand against the rest of the world on the small little rock, yay!

So people, buckle up and get ready to rumble, play resume 16.00 today, good luck to reamaining 27 players! Including myself – yay!

Ciao!

* Irony used, in case someone didn’t get that. I live in Malta and here one don’t use the irony mood, it’s more of an on off mode, quiet or loud. Just trying to be helpful guys, you know I love ya!

Wednesday, March 3

Yea baby! Howl your way to Heads up!

The neighbours to my office that BTW are two great ladies that play a loooooot of live poker here in Malta. Well… they have two dogs. That’s great.

When they leave to go to a tour in any of the casinos, the dogs start to howl and bark for about 10 minutes, then I know, ok its some good poker going on tonight, I text and ask Dragonara or Portomaso, they answer and am feeling all informed and ready to rumble, one can say we worked out a pretty good routine for this.

Lucky enough office is also situated exactly in between of both casinos with a 5 min walk.

THIS scenario is exactly, no more no less, what happened last week and I ended up in a tournament with 36 players at one of the casinos here. I ended heads up in the end. Yea yea… then you know I didn’t won because if I did I would write that.
GHAAAAA!

SO NOOO I didn’t win. I lost heads up against a French guy that kissed and hugged me TWICE after he won. WTF, HE won and he wants to kiss and hug ME too? Talking about playing with fire and asking for much! Jesus!

BUT I played a round of good poker so am ok with the second place, and I got a chance to study the human VERY odd behavior on this rock, and drink 6 beers so hey hoe who cares about winning.

I also managed to irritate a few Swedes, one Italian, 2 Maltese and one silly little brat from Norway so pretty much had a great evening and got paid for it! Ha!

Boobs & Poker @ EPT Copenhagen

Ohh yea i haven't reported back to you all about the Ladies tournament, yeaa well let’s say it was a good party. It indeed was. And yea i know, i get the good gigs :)

Who freaking cares about a 2678 Euro worth bag excising in only two exemplars. Would just booze it away anyway. Thank god I didn't win it, I would have feel so bad losing it.

I tried so so hard making a deal with Frida (Zupps girlfriend) who actually won in the end, that IF I win, I trade the bag for her hat or MÖSSA as we say in Swedish, I got a thing for MÖSSOR, maybe because the word is so sweet. Probably.
She desperately wanted the bag. BUT she didn’t wanna give up her MÖSSA. That tilted me a bit and I ended up fourth…..Big contratz to Frida, she played a well aggressive and stubborn game, note: she was also the only sober when 5 left. Good on her!

Lovley, funny and so down to earth Frida

BUT on my way I actually manage to do some true suck out’s and few bad beats…first against sweet sweet Denize (Neubuchads former girlfriend) WTF is this a GOSSIP Colum or WOOT?

Denise went all in on the button; I had the BB and looked down a pair of lovely fours. Somehow I just sensed the 4 will come, when you know that you can’t fold. I called. She had AA. Horrendously Shockingly the 4 didn’t come on the flop and I feel cheated on my instinct, but when it arrived on the river all was back to normal again. Day after someone where mumbling about a K4 later on but I can honestly say I don’t remember.

Sweetest girl around, Denize

Also the drinks around the poker table where a bit different then one ordinary sees on an EPT. As someone i know would had said about the boys side of the room: How Boring!

Most disgusting drinks around, eh ? Casino, ever heard about champagne for chicks?

My dear friend Emma, she is dear to me for many many reasons but one is she is never ever boring to be around, and she never says no to few drinks, dont matter when or where or how or what! We had a good time on the FT table during the tournament, in need of celebrating a side bet worth more then the fist price indeed. Two crazy Danish players that always have sidebets, did just that between My Emma and the other guys VIP manager, also Called Emma. He actually flew that Emma in from UK over the day only for this tournament and to beat MY emma out,but what where HE thinking?

Emma finished 3 th and got 10k Danish for that, well done!

BTW, Jesper 'Kipster' Hougaard (two bracelet winners in same year and one in WSOP one in WSOPE) that lost the 'Emma' bet, against Jesper P (Jesper finished 8 th on EPT FT CPH this year) actually lost another side bet against his own brother, a last longest, the one losing had to clean the other ones apartment i saw a very nice video made about it yesterday! I more or less laughed so i cried.

My pretty darling Emma! <3

As I said it indeed was a great pre party and all sudden we were in a group of blonds with some boobs issues, but who complains. Not me.

Clearly a logotype problem going on here or woot?

A party bus took us to club middle of Copenhagen and the utz utz where a clear statement!
Tilt, aces, fours and kings AND bags AND MÖSSOR (maybe not the MÖSSA :( ) long forgotten and blonds everywhere!

Nooooo comments :)

Thanks to the great Danish poker media, pokernyhederne for taking the pictures so i could steal them, love & peace, drinks on me!
